The Council on Foreign Relations is accepting applications for its International Affairs Fellowship Program. The Metcalf Institute for Marine & Environmental Reporting is accepting applications for Diversity Fellowships in Environmental Reporting. Eligible journalists must have at least one year of journalism experience, U.S. citizenship and a demonstrated interest in improving their environmental and science reporting skills. Oak Institute Calls for Applications for Human Rights Fellowship

The Kaiser Family Foundation is launching a new program for reporting on global health issues. Ten mini-fellowships will be awarded to print, radio, television and online journalists - including freelancers - to research and report on global health issues.
