    Nadine Hoffman

Nadine Hoffman is the IWMF’s director of programs, responsible for managing and implementing the organization's programmatic portfolio.  Prior to joining the IWMF, Hoffman was program operations manager at  DC Teaching Fellows, an initiative of The New Teacher Project, working to increase educational equality for underserved students.  She also worked as the acting director of The Leadership Council for Human Rights, a Washington, D.C.-based human rights organization focused on global women’s empowerment.  While completing her graduate studies, Hoffman was a reporter for the Patriot Ledger, a mid-sized daily in the Boston metro region.

Hoffman holds a master’s degree in journalism from Emerson College and a bachelor’s degree in English from Gettysburg College.  She also completed a human rights law certificate program at American University’s Washington College of Law.
